Benefit of Chocolate

One of my biggest weaknesses in life is my inability to say no to chocolate. I will eat chocolate in any form, be it cake or mousses or cookies the list could go on and on. On Christmas day as I lay in a chocolate coma from way to much over indulging I was thinking to myself next year I will be the healthiest I have ever been but the thought of no chocolate what so ever feels me absolute dread (sad I know but I reeeeeeally love chocolate) so for the past few weeks I’ve been doing a bit of research on the benefits of all type of chocolate (not just dark chocolate) and how to have it as part of a balanced diet.
